Data Deletion Request
If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, send a request to info@lockandgrain.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
Include the email address you used with us and, if it is different, the email tied to your Facebook or Instagram account. That helps us find everything connected to you.
What happens next
- We confirm the request within one business day.
- We delete or anonymize the data we hold — order history, saved favorites, marketing contacts, and any identifiers passed to us through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel and Catalog.
- We finish within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Some records — for example, completed orders — we are required to keep for tax and accounting reasons. We will tell you if anything falls into that category and explain why.
Removing data Meta has shared with us
You can also ask Meta to send us a deletion request directly. From your Facebook profile, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find Lock & Grain, and choose Send Request. We will process it the same way.
